Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take?
Sage & Wren pieces are made to order, so please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be made and dispatched. Once dispatched, orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrive within a further 2–3 business days.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is a flat rate of £3.65.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not just yet. Sage & Wren currently delivers within the UK only. We hope to offer delivery further afield in the future.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact me at hello@sageandwren.co.uk as soon as possible. If work has already begun on a personalised or bespoke item, you will not be able to make changes or cancel it. For non-personalised orders, your statutory cancellation rights still apply.
Can I return an item?
There is a 30-day return period on eligible non-personalised items.
Items that have been made to your individual specifications or personalised cannot be returned.
Should your personalised item be faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, the return policy is applicable. Full details can be found in the Sage & Wren Refund Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or something isn't right?
Please email hello@sageandwren.co.uk with your order number and details of the problem. Photos are really helpful if an item has arrived damaged or there’s an issue with the print. I’ll take a look and work with you to put things right.
How should I care for my printed clothing?
To keep your Sage & Wren piece looking its best, wash it inside out at 30°C or below, avoid bleach and fabric softener, and don’t dry clean. Allow it to air dry where possible and do not iron directly over the printed design.
